Perfect stay for a Fall girls’ weekend. Bike trails, calm waters, clear night skies and campfires included. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this place! Very clean and cozy! Will have to book a time during the summer when we can utilize the outdoors more...especially the river, and fishing of the deck!
Perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. Would certainly go back again.

The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! Thank you for your hospitality
Property was great for visiting with friends on its lovely deck. Owner was responsive and left helpful and interesting information about the property and the area. Great stay.
This is an awesome house that has a great view of the river. The interior and exterior are clean. The inside is cozy and comfortable. Instructions for checkout is very clear. It's a great place to relax with the family.
We had an awesome stay. The house is decorated very well, clean and comfortable for the family. The deck and bonfire pit made for great morning coffee and evenings by the fire. Beautiful views between the river and a great horse ranch across the street. Couldn’t ask for more and we’ll be back.
Our trip for my birthday and New Year’s was wonderful. The house had a great view of Rock River, we were able to take our dog, and cozying up by the fire was great!
We had a great time - we played all the yard games & fished both days. Grilled out both days & enjoyed the River house. Close to any necessities and well kept property. The home was decorated so cute. We will definitely be back.
We had a very nice, relaxing stay at this property. It's a nice layout with a large deck and a small playhouse detached from the primary home. It would be perfect for kids. It does not have a whirlpool which was no problem for us. There was a pontoon boat at the end of a very short peer which would have made it difficult to get the canoe in the water so we elected not to try it as it was a very rocky shore and we're kind of old.. The sunsets were beautiful as advertised. There was a pretty steady stream of pontoons going up and down the river. Quite a bit of activity. Over all, we enjoyed ourselves and I think we would return in the future.
We were in town for work and decided to pick Tracy’s place to add some relaxation to our week. It’s a lovely location right on the river. We had to message Tracy about the check in process - she did not initiate that message. She never check in with us at all during our stay, or near the end, or after. I understand that we were right on the river, but mosquitos buzzing in my ear at night is not my idea of relaxing. There were also black wasps? inside the house.. we killed 2 and then didn’t see anymore. We didn’t like that there was no laundry, so we’re glad it wasn’t a longer stay where we couldn’t clean our clothes. The kitchen is tight and cramped, no room to cook a nice meal. For our purposes, we probably wouldn’t stay again. But for a getaway for others it would be ok.

I’m so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. As far as the communication, I will own that and I don’t want to make excuses but my mother was in the ICU in Peoria.
98% of our guests enjoy the river, the view and what comes with it. We are always trying to improve our guests experience and will take your comments into consideration.
My husband and I, along with our 2 dogs, came to town to visit family for the holidays. This home was perfect for us! Such a great location on the river with easy access to shops and restaurants. Loved how cozy it felt and the deck off the back is amazing. The property owners were super responsive and easy to work with - we really appreciated their flexibility! If you are coming to Moline, you won't regret your stay here. We hope to come back again soon!
Extremely dark at night and no exterior lights were left on for us. Stained sheets, pillows comforters & bedding. Odd odor. Too many Nick nacks. No room for our personal items or luggage.
We came for a football game in Iowa. The house was cozy for the five of us. We attended a game at University of Iowa most of one day of our stay. When we returned back to the house, we watched more football. Good times. In the morning before we left, we went kayaking! Overall, it was great! Thanks.
I can’t say enough good things about this house! It’s super cute, quite, relaxing and just a wonderful place to stay! The owners checked in on us half way through our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. I stayed a week in this house with my uncle and two dogs and we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I have lived in the Quad Cities our whole life. We are available to help with anything you may need on your stay. We fell in love with this house this past summer. We love to travel, and especially like the water, so we jumped at the opportunity to purchase our own riverfront property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! You will have this entire house all to yourself. Simply call during your stay with any questions.
Why they chose this property
This fully-equipped cottage offers all the amenities of a hotel suite with full kitchen, restroom and picturesque views looking onto the majestic Rock River. Adjacent to a Christmas tree farm, horse barn and nature preserve, our neighborhood is a hidden gem of the Quad Cities. Centrally located off of Interstate 74, all of our regional amenities — restaurants, museums, casinos, music venues and more — are just minutes away. The best part about our property is that you get the feeling of escaping to nature and the great outdoors right here in town! But, we are located just off John Deere road so if you need to make a quick “trip to the store”, it is minutes away.
