This cozy rustic studio is located at the base of Mount Greylock and a 6 minute drive from Jiminy Peak ski resort. Built in the 1700’s, this centuries old farmhouse has since been converted into four cute apartments. Newly updated kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Enjoy exploring the sprawling 19 acre property you will be staying on which includes seasonal flower fields, thousands of berry bushes, fruit trees, creek, and walking trails full of wildlife.

Great Little Place for a quick getaway

Beautiful property with flower farm, pick your own berries and vegetable farm stand. Rustic log cabin feel with all amenities needed with kitchen.

Cozy little gem. Located at the base of Mt Greylock. Lots to do around area. My only suggestion is that if you plan on cooking or reading you may want to bring an additional brighter light. I would stay there again for sure. I already miss it.

The perfect place. Its cozy and on a lovely farm, safe and secure. Its seemed bigger than the photos, and had everything we could've needed and more. What a great find! We can't wait to go back. The property managers were wonderful and kind. Our stay exceeded expectations and this property is definitely on the list to stay at yearly. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Perfect for us!

We were so happy with our apartment on this very lovely property! So cozy and comfortable, decorated very nicely. Lots of beautiful wood! We couldn’t have been happier! We met Patrick as we were heading out, very pleasant young man. He told us that picking some flowers for free, was included in our rental! So I did, and was so happy to share them with our niece! Thank you , Patrick, for everything!!

Rustic

It was listed as rustic and was. My only issues were no overhead lights and the kitchen was dark. The stairs had short steps making a little harder to navigate. A motion detector light outside would be nice. I hope that won’t scare anyone away, I would stay there again.

Quaint Little Room!

The room itself was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed!Located right near a coffee house / country store, down the road from Jiminy Peak, and a short drive to some great hiking spots- this is all you need for a weekend getaway!

Very cozy and close to Jiminy Peak. However sheets could use an update. Almost nothing for kitchen supplies. Baking pans, measuring cup, cooking spray, pot holders, a few spices would have been helpful. First place I rent that doesn't have kitchen staples so a bit disappointed because I would have brought more from home.

Great little apartment in the Berkshires

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a night. Had a bit of a difficult time finding the place, but a quick call to the owner and we found it within minutes. It's a cute place, has a very "ski lodge" feel to it. Perfect size for 2 adults, adequate for a family with small kids (I would not want to sleep 2 adults on the futon). We would stay here again.

Cool place!

My daughter and I were only there for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer and check out the farm! We had a great nights, sleep, and a shower before getting back on the road the next morning. Communication was excellent, and we love staying in a place that has so much history. One lovely night!

My husband and I only stayed over one night because we had an event to attend the next day and it was over a 2hour drive from our house. We were very happy with our stay, the place was exactly as advertised, it was warm,friendly and cozy. We would have liked to stay another night if it was possible. The owner was very quick to respond to me when I had questions. We would stay here again if ever in the area again.
