Holidays-Normandy – Ursula Gîte

Welcome to Holidays-Normandy, our family-run gîte in Nicorps, near Coutances, in the Manche department of Normandy. This converted 17th-century Norman stone barn comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests.

The gîte is particularly well suited to families and guests travelling with dogs, with a private 6-person hot tub, a fully enclosed garden and exclusive access to Mon Jardin Secret, our private 4,000 m² recreation field.

There is space for everyone: children can play, dogs have a secure enclosed garden, and adults can relax in the hot tub after a day exploring the Normandy coast.

🌿 Two Private Outdoor Spaces

The private garden directly outside the gîte is fully enclosed and ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing and stays with dogs. It includes a barbecue, large garden table and several seating areas.

Alongside the gîte is Mon Jardin Secret, your private 4,000 m² recreation field featuring:

Our securely fenced llama paddock runs alongside Mon Jardin Secret, so you will often spot the llamas during your stay.

🐾 Dogs Welcome

Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, with more possible by agreement.

The private garden is fully enclosed. Dogs must be kept on a lead in Mon Jardin Secret because the llama paddock runs alongside it.

Dogs are charged at €20 per dog per stay.

We live on site and are available if you need us, while respecting your privacy.

The gîte, enclosed garden and Mon Jardin Secret are for your private use during your stay.

Our llamas, ducks and hens are part of everyday life here. Animal visits can be arranged on request.

🛏️ Ideal for Families and Groups

The gîte has three bedrooms:

• a wheelchair-accessible ground-floor double bedroom
• a first-floor double bedroom
• a mezzanine family bedroom with one double bed and two single beds

There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The gîte has two bathrooms, including an accessible ground-floor shower room, plus a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge.

📍 Well Placed for Exploring Normandy

The gîte is approximately:

• 5 minutes from Coutances
• 15–20 minutes from the west-coast beaches
• around 1 hour from the D-Day landing beaches
• around 90 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Granville, local markets, brocantes, picturesque villages and plenty of countryside walks are also within easy driving distance.

After a day exploring, return to the peace of the countryside, enjoy a barbecue or unwind in the hot tub under the Normandy sky.

The ground floor includes an accessible double bedroom and adapted shower room. Access to the gîte and garden is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The base rate includes up to 6 guests. Supplements apply for additional guests, up to a maximum of 10.
