One of the best neighborhoods in Nashville with a fantastic centralized location!! The apt. has ONE bathroom- The algorithm sometimes shows there are two bathrooms, so sorry!! Walk / jog/biking -friendly area close to major universities, but 15 minutes to downtown with no interstate driving needed. Owner managed - no corporate hassles. Restaurants and groceries in upscale area - 5 minute drive. It's the best of both worlds of convenience, location and safety. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking - or deliveries/Uber available for ez access. Equipped like the luxury hotels with laundered his/her robes and slippers. Full coffee/tea concierge. Vintage feel with modern updates.

Perfect location. Beautiful place.

My family loved this place. Just far enough away from downtown yet close enough for cheap UBER. Lots of backyard activities for kids and adults. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Green Hills!

I rented this place to be near my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren during a visit. It was a perfect size when my grandchildren occasionally spent the night. They loved the large back yard and available toys. This place was very clean! It was tastefully decorated with holiday touches. The owners were super nice, immediately available when I had questions, and were able to accommodate me for an extra 2 nights when my plane was canceled. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. This was my 2nd time staying here, and I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I love to travel and appreciate finding a place to stay that reminds us of home - filled with the little comforts of life, but offer privacy and convenience. We have tried to make this apartment a wonderful "home away from home" for your trip to Nashville. We are happy to offer any tips / advice for your trip to Nashville.

Why they chose this property

This private apartment with two private entrances is attached to our home. We are VERY careful to offer privacy to guests, while being able to "trouble shoot" easily. Checkout instructions are simplified and streamlined for your convenience. We are fairly new to VRBO but have 5 star ratings on another site.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has unlimited hot water via a tankless system, and has a whole unit water filtration system that removes 98% of all particulates, heavy metals and chlorine. The apartment is on a cul de sac type area for residential usage only. Whole Foods, Kroger, a movie theatre, upscale mall, drug stores are located 5 minutes away. It's a quiet area, but convenient to all tourist destinations; Music Row, Broadway, honky tonks and multiple restaurants. There is a security camera located on our front porch, obviously for outdoor security only - visible from the sidewalk.
