This was a GREAT stay!! The cabin is even nicer than the pictures! Extremely clean, well-stocked, and comfortable bed. We especially loved sitting outside on the large covered patio. Would absolutely recommend to others.
We had a great time. The bed was comfy, the forested view from the porch was lovely, and everything was clean and in working order. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog Louis along on his first road trip. Thanks so much!

All the description about is the property is 100% accurate. Just stay there and relax, the house is super clean and pristine - you will surely enjoy your stay!
This was our 2nd stay at this private, quiet cabin. Our son lives just a mile down the road so we spend a lot of time with him & his family and go back to the cabin to just chill!
This little cabin was perfect for the two of us. It was fully equipped for someone who would want to cook meals & not have to go to town often. We didn’t have to cook because our son lives off Blue Mountain Rd just a mile away & loves to cook for us when we go up to see him & the fam! We will definitely look into staying again the next time we want to visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Had a great weekend. Cabin was perfect. Very clean and quaint with everything you could need included there by the owners. Would definitely stay again.

A great cabin for a quiet getaway in the woods. All the facilities you could want in nearby Front Royal plus the peace and quiet of Blue Mountain.
The owners were great with good comms.
The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything we needed was there, towels, sheets, kitchen needs, etc. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back to visit again. Would recommend this VRBO 100%
This little house was amazing. We and our two little puppers really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully appointed and the deck was super to sit out on and enjoy the one of the many rainstorms that occurred. There are three wineries within 18 minutes. There are many little towns close by as well as Front Royal. We are excited about coming back again.
Extremely cute and well-maintained cabin for a weekend getaway. I think the images here don't do it justice. The lake is very close (5-min walk) with a nice little sandy beach to lay down and relax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We had a wonderful stay at our hosts' cozy cabin in a private wooded setting. The home is clean and comfortable and offers every ammenity. Owners are very responsive to all questions. Visitors should take advantage of Fox Meadow Winery just miles down the road!

The site was naturally beautiful, on top of a mountain. As I sat out next to the BBQ grill, a deer walked out into the driveway and stood on its hind legs to eat new leaves off the nearby bushes, just 20 feet away. The property was clean and had everything a person could imagine needing. The owners were friendly and gave me plenty of privacy. There's nothing going on nearby other than nature, but if that's what you are looking for, it is an excellent stay.
Perfect for one person or a couple enjoying the outdoors
Somewhat last minute, I booked my stay over a holiday weekend when other arrangements fell through, so my overall options in the region were quite limited. I was very glad to have this small cabin vs. a generic chain hotel in Front Royal, Manassas, or Dulles, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of Northern VA before attending a huge, busy conference in DC. The cabin and its location are clearly more suited for people who are taking advantage of the outdoor activities in the vicinity rather than wine tasting, which was the downside for me--there was coffee and a coffee maker in the cabin, but no coffee (e.g., powdered) creamer, and there really weren't places nearby to buy some, much less get breakfast nor just a cup of coffee to-go. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, bubble bath, towels, etc. Bed was great. Location was quiet and peaceful. I had no issues with my GPS working, but apparently some people do have problems so Sandra makes EXTRA sure you have clear directions prior to arrival. The inside of the cabin is nicer IRL than it appears in the photos.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location, cabin size, cleanliness, amenities (even including Christmas treats!) were all outstanding! We loved the fireplace, and the walk to the local pond. We really appreciated being able to have our two dogs with us. Our daughter and family live in the area, and we look forward to staying again when we come to visit!
If you need a nice, cute and very clean place to stay away from city life and enjoy the nature, this is the place. I definitely recommend it and I will be back.
