Very cozy quiet place. We only stayed one evening due to travel but loved watching deer, chickens, birds and the beautiful views! Bonus NO TV!

Our stay was great. The home was great for a night get away to the country. Communication w the owners was quick and responsive. We were hopeful to see the sunrise, sunset and stars. Luckily we were able to see stars but the clouds rolled in. We saw about 5 shooting stars and several satellites before it got too cloudy. The sun sets across the street and not a great view from the house. Too cloudy/misty in the morning for sunrise. :( There is a gas grill but where it was located was not ideal for cooking w the wind plus it was facing the setting sun so it was hard to see to grill and there is a opening on the back that allowed a lot of wind to get in and keep the grill rather cool. Maybe it should be near a wall or barrier to keep the wind out. Also if you are trying to look at stars or prefer to sleep in the dark I would definitely ask about how to turn the side of the house lights off. We tried all switches including all mentioned in the welcome book but could not ever get the side of the house lights off. Other than that the house is as described. Plus they do provide some homemade granola & breakfast drinks for the morning. Granola is delicious!! Thank you Jonny & Carley!!

House suited my party of three perfectly. We especially enjoyed the deck, grounds and the hammock. Wonderful location out of town. In April, wildflowers and butterflies were plentiful on the property. Relax and enjoy!

Wonderful hill country retreat

This was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some time away in the hill country. It is very conveniently located to luckenbach and Fredericksburg and is tucked away in a great neighborhood. Lots of space a privacy - watched deer and beautiful birds out the window in the morning. There is a fire pit with a view and we enjoyed roasting marshmallows over that. Both beds are comfortable and we used the pullout couch for the kids.

Panoramic was the best!

The property manager/owner was highly responsive. The property was super clean and the linen was very fresh and was comfortable to sleep on. Please take your shoes off because you will love walking around on the clean vintage tile barefoot. They had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bring your own soap and toiletries. 100% will stay here again.

Hidden Gem!

It was so nice and tranquil out there! Communication with the host were almost immediate and fantastic stay instructions. It's really beautiful out there! My 21 year old daughter was disappointed that there was not a TV but we were very glad there wasn't. :-) Loved it!

A Treasure

What an unexpected treasure. This was just a stop for us on the way to Big Bend but it could have easily been the whole trip. Very nice house with eclectic furnishings. Well appointed kitchen and large outdoor deck looking over a valley. Super quiet area. The record player was fun to use and just hanging out was a nice change of pace.
