Bordering conservation land for wildlife viewing and privacy, yet <1 mile to Town. Complimentary EZIA Athletic Club gym access included!

Welcome to the Surf Shack! The main floor features an airy, open-concept living space anchored by Restoration Hardware furnishings and sliding glass doors that open to a private backyard overlooking serene conservation land home to many deer, rabbits, blue jays, cardinals and red-tailed hawks. The space is curated with fine art photography by Dan Lemaitre and Rebecca Love.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for island entertaining with Caraway non-toxic cookware, a Vitamix, and a drip coffee maker.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: Canopy King bed with a private en-suite bathroom and in-unit laundry.

Secondary Suite: Comfortable Queen bed with its own private en-suite bathroom.

The "Tree House" Loft: An adventurous bonus space overlooking the living area (accessed via ladder). Features an XL Twin bed and an 8ft sofa.

Luxury Amenities & Beach Gear:

Beach Ready: We provide premium beach chairs, a cooler, and a CoolCabana beach tent.

Elite Fitness: Includes complimentary access to EZIA Athletic Club (10-min walk). Enjoy a full gym, sauna, and two cold plunges. (Note: Summer access is during off-peak times only). Personal training and massage can be scheduled as well.

Island Living: We provide a comprehensive Digital Guest Book upon booking and love sharing our favorite "hidden gem" recommendations to help you make the most of your Nantucket stay.

Spa Details: Seaweed Bath Co. toiletries provided.

Parking: One dedicated parking space is available behind the garage. Strictly no street parking.

On-Site Staff: Professional staff members reside in a separate, self-contained basement unit to ensure the property is meticulously maintained.

Neighborhood & House Rules:

Quiet Community: We are located on a quiet, year-round residential street. The privacy and tranquility of our neighbors are extremely important to us; please keep noise levels respectful at all times.

Strict Check-In/Out: During summer months, we adhere to strict timing to ensure our cleaning team has ample time to prepare the home to our high standards.

No Events: No parties, dinner parties, or events.

Pets: One dog considered for an additional fee (please inquire). No cats.

Their are two exterior cameras in the drive way and at the front door record video and audio.

Love this cottage!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, Communication with owner and a very comfortable bed and cool plants throughout. Beautifully decorated all around. Would definitely stay there again!

This is the second time that I have stayed at this location. The location is very convenient to get yo most places on the island and it’s nice and quiet. I enjoy drinking my coffee in the morning and watching the deer just yards away. The thing negative and I’m not sure who’s responsibility it is to repair would be the very low area in the street I front of the house. When it rains it fills and is almost so deep that my car can not pass snd climb the curb into the drive.

Very open and spacious, parking was a little annoying since there are downstairs tenants and part of the street was flooded. Overall a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. Very sweet little place, great vibe!!!

The Surf Shack was perfect!

This cute property was perfect for our 8 day stay on Nantucket. The house was super well organized and just right for our needs. The hostess was wonderful and very good at communicating. We would definitely stay there again. We will miss Greyson!

A week working out of state.

I had a wonderful stay in this cute little house. Initially there were some communication issues but they were all on my end using the app via my phone. The host was gracious enough to text me back and forth so that I didn’t have to struggle with the app. I’d definitely stay there again.
