Beautiful studio is located in the heart of the historic district on one of the most desirable streets on Nantucket, walking distance to restaurants, shops and museums. It was featured in the summer issue of ONLY Nantucket Magazine.

The studio apartment is on the lower level and has a private entrance, two windows and a glass-paneled door, double bed (custom murphy bed w/ recessed reading lights and spring-loaded power arms for easy access), full bathroom with a large rain shower head with handheld nozzle, sofa, coffee table, dedicated office area with desk and chair, large Smart TV, personal AC/Heating thermostat.  There is a security camera on the exterior of the building above the staircase.

There is an efficiency kitchen: top electric range, half refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, hightop table with two swivel chairs. There are two closets, dresser and a small office. The exterior has a private outdoor shower.

You can walk, bike or take a bus easily from our address.

Perfect ACK Getaway

We loved our stay on Nantucket. Marianne was wonderful! Communication was great, the modern studio was everything we expected and more. It was walking distance to downtown but just far enough where it was quiet at night. We certainly will be back.
