The property was not cleaned during arrival. Sheets were missing from one bedroom and sheets in the master room were dirty (hair and crusty stains). The furniture was moved around and did not look how it did in the online pictures. Appeared that maintenance or painting was going to occur. Medications were on the counters in the dining room and kitchen. Dirty dishes were in the sink, dishwasher and the coffee pot had a layer of mold in it. Many light fixtures were missing bulbs in critical areas (stairways). A pool and cable TV were advertised as a property feature, however the pool was closed and neon green and TV was not set-up. The property should not have been allowed to be rented for a month in the condition it was in!
