Nicely-Maintained Property, Close to The Village, Beaches, and Sarasota Mainland

A great fully-stocked location, clean and near The Village in Siesta Key (for the 2 high-school-age kids and 1 college student) and the Sarasota, FL mainland (= shopping, attractions, fine dining for the adults). And... of course... short drives to several beaches that EVERYONE enjoyed. Will DEFINITELY try to book this property again the next time we visit Sarasota :-)

Overall a great place to stay. Nice neighborhood. A short drive to the beach and downtown.

Was easy to rent. Great communication with the owner. Couple suggestive comments: need ice maker, better shower heads and more dinnerware. Overall nice, clean place

Location location location

Bring bikes if you can- the beach is about a mile away! Also walkable. Free public parking but busy beach - for good reason! Great neighborhood for walking. House looks just like pictures. House equivalent for price. All necessities listed were there and more. Owner very responsive to messages and great communication. Would stay again. Close to several good restaurants.
