About this property

All you need is a toothbrush and swimsuit to this Gulf side Condo. Fully stocked kitchen with toaster, coffee pot and coffee. King size bed and a queen size sofa, shower, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Heated pool, tennis and scuffle board court. BQ area. Also 6 restaurants and Bars across the street.

Great Location

Location and condo is great. I would recommend for a couple or a single only. The bedroom is not separated by a door but a partition. It was not a problem as one of us was always up before the other it did not wake other up. The only issue was really the beach chairs which were available and took till mid week to get them. They were shipped before we arrived. Luckily the local maid person was in the building and went out and got them purchased same day. She was awesome.

Steps from the Beach

Cute little condo steps from the beach. Had everything we needed for a week in Fort Myers. Easy communication with the owner. Outdoor pool was great, laundry on site. Mostly seniors from the Midwest staying at this property.
