You like the beach? This is your place! Beautiful Beachfront Condo. 7th floor. Fully furnished one bedroom efficiency sleeps 4. King size bed and Queen size sleep sofa. Enjoy the views of the Gulf and Beach from your deck equipped with table and chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels also provided to enjoy the 7 miles of white sugary beach to walk for hours. Large heated pool with sun and shade with tables and lounge chairs.
Things to do; Play on the 2 new tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts or try your hand on the shuffleboard court. Enjoy the bird estuary on site. Barbecue areas outfitted with gas grills, tables, and chairs. Rent a boat or kayak or charter a fishing trip at the marina across the street. Visit Lovers Key State Park, only 2 miles away, or day trip to Sanibel Island, Everglades or take the ferry to Key West.
Weekly or monthly rental. Check-in/out Saturday-Saturday only January to Mid April
Also provided all cookware, linens, sheets, towels, cable TV, and unlimited high speed internet. Free parking. Equipped with everything you will need.
7-night minimum stay. 25 miles from RSW airport.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying here! Great location being right on the beach, close to Lovers Key state park. The unit had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here and plan to stay here in the future!

Pleasant Vacation

The condo was clean, and provided everything one would need, kitchen supplies and cooking supplies. The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy, and the host reached out ahead of time to provide us with all the info we needed. We had a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful Condo on Ft. Myers Beach

The condo was perfect for my husband and me! We were impressed with how neat and clean we found the condo and loved how it was decorated - it had a real beachy vibe! The kitchen was well stocked and many things like beach chairs and towels were available for our use. Carol the owner, was very communicative and readily answered any questions I had. If we decide to visit Fort Myers again, I will contact Carol and won't hesitate to rent one of her properties again.

Good communication

The location and unit were great. We also appreciated the heads-up from the owner about ongoing construction and repairs happening after the destructive hurricane over a year ago. He gave us a discount because the pool wasn’t available due to repairs being done. The beach was in great shape.

Location was great, condo was clean but small Feel sorry for all of Ft Myers beach property owner. Thought there would not be as much damage as we saw. I understand working around the repairs but if the rental says pool & hot tub, you should have a pool & hot tub. Pool was completely fenced and had been for the last 3 months according to residents, and there was no sign a hot tub had ever been there.

We enjoyed staying on this property. The property was fix up really cute inside with the beach pictures on the wall. It was small inside but bigger than staying in a hotel. It has a nice size kitchen with everything you needed. We were on the 7th floor and we could see the beach for the condo. The beach outside was nice and quiet. We

Great Days at the Beach!

Excellent Stay

Frank and Carol's condo was stocked with everything anyone could possibly want. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach hats, beach totes, beach towels, coolers, books, games...blow dryer, personal items in bathroom (in case you forgot something) I thought that was such a thoughtful thing, There is a CVS within walking distance to pick up any of those essentials, however. We chose not to cook on this trip but the kitchen surely would have anything you could possibly need. The patio chairs were very comfy...not just the usual white plastic ones you see. The location to the heated pool and the beach access was great. The pool was just beyond the elevator and the beach just a short 1 minute walk down the paved path. Nice choice of restaurants across the street. Book with them, you won't be diappointed!

Relaxing

Great place! Not much of a view of the ocean but the condo is very well located and equipped for a great getaway. The hosts were awesome and we were outside and playing on the beach everyday. I give a grade of “A.”

Estero Island

Beautiful area right on the beach. Traffic is very heavy and was delayed further by road construction. Could take 30-45 minutes to travel 8 miles on the island. Location of property was within walking distance of shops, restaurants. Some of the amenities listed with the property need maintenance. They have shuffleboard courts that are unusable because the surfaces haven’t been maintained. The pool has a sign that pool chairs cannot be “reserved” by putting towels on them, yet no one monitors this practice. The sign says you can take towels off chairs yourself, but that seems risky and opens one up to arguments. We were unable to use the pool throughout our stay

Great relaxing vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and I was pleasantly surprised how well stocked the condo was.. from beach towels beach chairs beach umbrella cooler to lots of extras in kitchen ... sugar salt etc. couldn’t have asked for a better stocked condo. Only complaint we had with the whole complex was the pool closed at 7:30 pm. No night swimming or playing cards around pool. They need to at least stay open till 9

Perfect Spot

My wife and I had the perfect getaway at Frank and Carol’s condo. Just a stones throw away from the beach on one side and shopping and restaurants on the other.. We did have a AC problem but they saw that it was fixed quickly. We will stay here again!

South Fort Myers Beach Condo

This was our first stay on the island and we loved it. Location, beach and pool was great and as described. This Condo has a great balcony with nice views. Nice and breeze without direct sun. Our only complaint is it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Thick dust on fans and base boards otherwise would be 5 star. Frank and Carol are wonderful people!
