Located on the ground floor, it comprises a double bedroom with a comfortable bed (140x200 cm) and TV, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven/microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, small refrigerator with freezer) with dining area and washing machine, as well as a modern bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer, and a separate toilet with Shower. You will also enjoy a pleasant 5 m² private south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing, as well as access to a shared, heated outdoor pool from June to September 🏊‍♂️ 🧺 Linens and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price for 2 people ONLY. A supplement of €25 will be charged for the use of the sofa bed, payable by bank transfer to the owner's account before your arrival.
