The air-conditioned villa (bedrooms only) accommodates up to 10 guests and offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a landscaped garden, and a private swimming pool — ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Practical Information
A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.


After confirmation, you’ll receive a digital welcome guide with all useful information about the villa and its surroundings.
Flexible check-in/out options are available (subject to availability and extra fees).

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private pool, garden, and terraces.
A shared pétanque court (boules provided) is available at the entrance of the estate.

During your stay at Château Barbebelle, you can visit the wine cellar, enjoy a tasting session, and stroll through the vineyards on marked trails.
Please note that free wandering outside the designated paths is not permitted, as the estate is private property.

Children’s Safety
All children are welcome!
The house includes stairs (no safety gate).

Two small fountains are located near the property entrance — shallow but under full parental responsibility.

A Working Vineyard
You’ll be staying on an active wine estate. The atmosphere is peaceful, but you may occasionally see a tractor or vineyard vehicle at work — part of the authentic charm of the place.

Animals on the Estate
