3-room apartment. A fitted kitchen area with a dining area for 4 people and a living room with a convertible corner sofa with connected TV and storage. A master bedroom with a 140cm bed with storage. A bedroom with a 120cm mezzanine bed with a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, sink and mirror. Very bright, facing south.

You will have a pleasant terrace shaded by an electric awning. Access to the swimming pool is possible from 10 am to 6 pm. The 1.45 m deep pool is heated and equipped with a safety shutter however it is not supervised, your children remain under your full responsibility. The pool is available from May to September.

You will stay in an independent apartment adjoining a villa on the heights of Durtol, in the immediate vicinity of Vulcania, Puy-de-Dôme, Puy de Lemptegy.
You will enjoy a shaded terrace with access to the heated swimming pool shared with the owners.

The historic centre of Clermont Fd is just 10 minutes away and can visit its famous Volvic stone cathedral on the Place de la Victoire. Urban transport and shops 300 m away.
