Lovely accommodations

Other than the close proximity to a very bysy street causing the outdoor space to be a bit noisy, the property was beautiful and well maintained. Our host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with making our stay pleasant.

Great house right next to Downtown TC

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were here a month and the house was a great fit! Our host was very communicative and friendly and the house was better than expected. Great back yard, modern kitchen and a/c. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location!

This is a terrific rental. The hosts were responsive and so helpful. Easy walking distance to downtown. The house is older but roomy and charming with kitchen and bathrooms upgraded. We can highly recommend.

wonderful hosts

The property was wonderful. The backyard made the stay exceptional. Our dog ran her heart out all the time and begged to go outside. The grandchildren during Cherry Festival had so much fun putting on shows and practicing their hula hoops. We were so comfortable in the house and I had my own office for work. Aaron was an exceptional host and when the basement flooded with water he gave us his home on Torch Lake to stay in till the problem was fixed. Which was only one night. He then showed up with a case of wine and a bottle of whiskey for our inconvenience. We should have done that for him. He is very generous. He paid to get the piano tuned for us so I could play this summer. I would say book this home and don't worry about a single thing.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We really appreciated a full size house with three nice size bedrooms, an updated kitchen with all of the utensils, plates, etc. needed for cooking meals. There is also a nice deck and yard which our kids enjoyed. The location on 5th Street is just a block or so off of front street and only a few blocks to the water. This meant we enjoyed great walks to all the restaurants and shops in TC and it was also easy to hop on the bike trails. The hosts were easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!

Adorable house close to town

We stayed in this property for two months during the summer. It was a charming older house with many updates. The kitchen was great to cook in, the bathrooms all neat and updated. The backyard was fenced in so it made us feel comfortable with our kids outside playing. It is located near a busy street, but also was walking distance to front street where all the shops and restaurants were. We had an enjoyable time at this little gem and would definitely rent again. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to work with.

Location, location, location

We had a lovely stay in this Victorian home. The location was perfect, in that we could walk into town or to the beach whenever we wanted. Much enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in and landscaped yard. Clean updated bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, and on site laundry.
