We were absolutely thrilled for our two week stay with our 2.5 and 1 year old. The pool was set up perfectly with a shallow end for the 1 year old and a bit of a deeper pool for the 2.5 year old. They offered airport shuttle, grocery shopping to fill your fridge so you can relax when you arrive, and they provided contacts for massage and a chef. We had the chef host for us and it was the best food we had this trip. We're already planning our return trip. Fabulous stay!

Location is prime as the first condo property in Playacar Phase 1 - close to PDC’s restaurants and shopping and Cozumel ferries, yet away from hustle and bustle. Easy beach access in front of pool area , which itself is very nice. Condo is clean and as described but it’s a bit dated.

Great vacation spot

The condo was a great spot for our family vacation. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and the space suited our family of five well. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. Staff and other guests were very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect stay for our family

The property is spacious, we loved seeing the fauna roaming around the gardens. Pool was nice and beach area was great! Very central and convenient location. Will not hesitate to return.

Great spot, loved it!

Just as advertised, roomy, comfy, and a great location for us. The property mgmt was great, we had a little issue with a bathroom faucet, and there were very responsive and got it fixed right away.

Clean, spacious, well appointed condo in Playacar!

We had a wonderful stay at the Xaman Ha Condos in Playacar! Hosts were very responsive and courteous. The view of the beach was great, location was very walkable to Quinta Avenida (5th Ave) for shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again next time!

Great location in Playa del Carmen

We stayed at Xaman Ha Condominiums last week and absolutely loved it! You couldn't ask for a better location. It's close to shops & restaurants, and yet quiet at night. The condo was just the right size for our family, and we loved being on the ground floor close to the pool & ocean. Very friendly staff, too! We'll definitely visit again!!

Fun times

Very comfortable and convenient to 5th ave And walking distance to Cozumel ferry. We didn’t Have to rent a car for this trip. Just wish the price was a little more affordable.
