Newly renovated ranch home in quiet neighborhood close to airport, shopping, beaches, and restaurants. We have also installed a Reme Halo Air Purification System in the house. We offer contactless check-in, keyless entry for the lock box code. There is also access to the garage. This is a three-bedroom and two-bath home. The home sleeps up to 9 comfortably. The large fenced-in yard creates a perfect atmosphere for your kids and pets to play. It's a very spacious atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Take a quick drive to several nearby blissful, calm, and de-stressing beaches to relax or head into the town of Pensacola or Pensacola Beach for some great local eats.

The stay was amazing well equipped , my young adult boys didn’t want to come home , highly recommend

Fun equipped with all the things you need to just wanna stay in and enjoy your stay we loved we recommend it. We will definitely be returning next time will be just to stay in and enjoy it all , we had to be at several place , our only regret is that we didn’t rent it longer to enjoy it .

Overall the house was okay, unfortunately the Hot tub was removed from the home, found this out right after check in, the pool table was broken/not usable, the oven was missing the racks and realized it still had the chemicals from the cleaners in it after using it! Had to reclean it ourselves, ended up eventually finding the oven racks on top of the broken pool table in the garage under some stuff.

Family travel with pets

We enjoyed our stay and the house was fine. One negative is that we were informed of a 125 pet fee after booking the residence. This fee was not disclosed prior to booking and was in addition to the booking amount and invoiced separately after booking.

Pretty home, with nice backyard

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. I loved the house and big backyard. Almost everything was provided, which was very nice. At the beginning of our stay, we did have a problem with the neighbor's dogs getting into the backyard. We were able to fix the problem- thank goodness.

Mental health getaway?

We chose this place over countless others closer to the beach mostly because of the amenities. Two weeks prior to our stay I received a message that the outside flat screen was damaged and a new one was ordered. I assumed after two weeks it would have been replaced. It was not nor was I informed the pool table was broken and not usable. When we went to get in the hot tub the first evening it was messed up, green and clearly dirty. They were not able to get anyone out there till the following evening which meant we couldn’t use the hot tub but one of the days we stayed. Even after it was fixed it was still clearly dirty with a green film sticking to the sides. The host was really nice until I addressed my concerns and only received a message saying they were sorry these things happened during our stay and nothing more. The house itself looked clean and well kept.
