This 4BR/4.5BA Port Aransas poolside luxury home is part of the Palmilla Resort, and the amenities are fantastic: on-site pool, boardwalk, a green common area with park benches for the kids to play. The beach is within a short walk, just 600 feet away!
INSIDE THE HOUSE
An elevator or stairs are your options for this tri-level beauty! In our open, airy space, tall windows and light blues and greens blend to create an inviting coastal retreat. Balconies provide birds-eye views of the beautifully landscaped resort neighborhood!
The living area, with its cool blues and distressed wood floors, has two focal areas. The first is the bar, completely setup for all your beverages and has a wine cooler. The second is the huge flat-screen TV. Couches and wicker chairs provide conversational seating for 10.
Extras include a Spectrum cable package with 200 channels, including HBO, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Encor, NFL Network, and Redzone. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, as is a telephone landline for local and long-distance calls in the U.S. and Canada.
The open kitchen is filled with natural light from tall windows. It boasts state-of-the-art stainless appliances, including gas range. The island bar area seats eight and provides tons of prep space. Two round tables bookend the kitchen and sit 10 people total for a communal meal.
Off the kitchen is a powder room.
This large home has four bedrooms, each equipped with Spectrum TV and wireless internet.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and tons of storage.
The third bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The third bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom provides a king-size bed, while the fourth bathroom has a walk-in shower.
THE LOCATION
The on-site Black Marlin Bar & Grill is within walking distance, as is the beach. But if you do decide to go explore, fish, shop, or dine, downtown Port A is just a 5-minute drive away!
The Guest Services pavilion has wristbands that grant VIP access to wonderful amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. There is also a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services!
The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Offering 9 holes carved out of untamed native dunes along the Gulf, Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, rolling lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
