Lake Front House

Lake front is located at 3mm at big Niagara in a cal-de-sac which is quiet and fun swimming for the family. Lots of privacy because we are at the back of a cove. Easy to swim off the dock, nice swimming platform. Can hook up boat on side of dock. Shared drive through lot with 1 neighbor. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVE THROUGH. Enough space on our lot for 3 or 4 vehicles, depending on size of your vehicle.. Additional parking on top of lot. Double deck with wrap around deck on top level. Barbeque grill on deck. Fire pit in yard. NO FIRE PITS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED ON WOOD DECK. No pets. The two full baths are new walk in showers. Professional cleaning service to provide a clean environment.

Our family of 9 had an absolutely amazing time! We had plenty of room and swimming and fishing from the dock was our favorite. The hosts were so nice and very responsive. We didn't want to leave.

Great location and space

This property was in the perfect location. It is on the lake but not by the crowded areas. We had 6 adults, one 13 year old, and two smaller children. This space was perfect for our family. We all had a room and had plenty of restrooms for all of us. The double deck was nice and we had access to the lake if we wanted. There is a large dining room table that worked out well for a buffet like line, eating, and playing games. Plus, with it all being open, nobody felt left out of any conversation. Plus anytime I contacted Tina, the host, she responded quickly. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend.

Ozarks Cousins

We were a group of 8 cousins and found the perfect getaway at the Carroll place. It was the perfect size with everything we needed. The washing machine was broken but not an issue for us. The location and amenities were exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Friends Concert Weekend

The house was great! There were 8 of us at the Lake for a concert at the Ozarks Amphitheater. There was ample room for our group. The deck was a great place to gather and we really enjoyed the firepit by the Lake. Thanks for supplying the firewood!! The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils we needed to make a couple meals, and the dining room table was a perfect fit! The house was clean and well-maintained. The Carrolls were very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, a great rental and we would certainly book again!

PERFECT

The house was clean and full of amenities, perfect for our group of 9. The cove is a No Wake, so the entire family was able to swim at the dock worry free! The location was perfect for us, as we boat between the 19mm, 50mm and Haha Tonka. Would recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect Family get away!

The property was very clean and had a great layout for sleeping, dining and entertaining. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay at this location. The parking was able and the location was easily accessible from the highway. The water depth off of the dock was maybe 7ft. Overall, we will rebook this property next year! Never did get DirectTV going but likely not correctly turning on or having instructions. Here are a couple of recommendations: Acquire a blender and pizza cutter.

Please add a keurig Coffee maker, it takes 23 minutes to brew from athat1987 coffee maker? The TV is smaller than my computer monitor, spend a few bucks and get anything larger,,,, upstairs Shower is so packed with calcium deposit, that I could not rinse thoroughly I have had betters showers in kids Camp.

Ozarks family vacation house

We stayed here to enjoy a family vacation with our kids,grandkids, and in-laws. (We had a total of 10 people.) They had extra beds,sheets,pillows, bath towels,and even some extra little kids toys. The house has close proximity to two different water restaurants and were able to stay home and swim off the back deck. Close to an area to drop your own boat in the water(for a few) and are able to dock at the house. The only suggestions it's driveway is very steep and you share a driveway to come in and out. If you bring your own boat, make sure to drop it in the lake first. The street is tight and there is very limited turn around space. Then again, your in the Ozarks! There was a lily pad for swimming and lots of outdoor chairs and tables for sitting with two different grills if you want to eat at the house. Lots of amenities! Our family truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful lakeside home

Our 7 night stay here was wonderful. Our family comes to Ozarks every year from Colorado with friends and/or family. This was a friend trip with 6 adults and 6 kids. This home was great for us. It was very clean, comfortable, updated and well decorated. We spent the majority of our time on the awesome decks and dock - we loved that the upper deck is toddler proofed and our little one could run around there safely. The dock had room to tie our boat to one side and play off the other side. The full time neighbors were wonderful and accommodating. Two fridges is a must for a big group and we loved having the downstairs fridge to keep our drinks cold. I would say this property is good for 8 adults and their kids. My son was fine on the sofa bed but I know my 30 year old back would have struggled with it. 4 bedrooms for adults were great though. The fire pit is an extra perk not a lot of Ozark rentals offer and we enjoyed sitting around the fire together on a cool evening. Extra chairs stored throughout the property made this doable for us so that everyone got a seat. Hosts are accommodating and communicative. Would absolutely stay here again if it fit our group needs again (we usually travel with multiple boats and this house would not work well for more than one boat). Thanks Mike and Tina for a great week!

Great house on Ozarks

We stayed with just 2 couples but the house had 4 bedrooms so could accommodate 4 couples if needed. Situated in a nice quiet bay with room to tie up a boat to the dock. Very close to a new restaurant/bar called The Cave. Plenty of parking on the driveway which some places have very little. Would definitely consider staying here again. Tina responds very quickly to emails/texts. Thanks so much.

The house was very comfortable for our group - 5 adults, 3 kids (10-16). The games in the house were fun for the evening it rained. Kids enjoyed swimming off the deck. Great location for all the things around the Ozarks! Definitely would stay again.

Awesome!

Awesome little Cove, and perfect for babies and children because we could sit on the dock and the monitor still worked so mom could enjoy the day also. Appreciate the extras around the house, if you have a bigger size party the only thing you might need to bring is some extra toilet paper and laundry detergent😉
