Features include a secure entrance, covered parking, a shared pelota court, large green spaces, and a shared swimming pool (5m x 10m). The gîte is arranged as a duplex. Ground floor: Equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob). Living room. Lounge (fireplace). Shower room/WC. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer). First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds). Bathroom. Separate WC. Electric heating included. Bed linen provided, beds made, towels and household linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. 2 private terraces, one covered. Garden furniture, patio furniture, plancha grill. Long-stay rates available outside of July and August (30+ nights): 50% discount on your stay. Arrival possible every day except July and August. Duplex cottage on the Basque coast with swimming pool
