We enjoyed our stay at Shipps Landing. It’s a beautiful property, gorgeous views. The owner, Mark, was wonderful to deal with, very responsive to all our questions.

Great location and great condo

The property is terrific. All the amenities plus a penthouse view. Great views of sunset on the Gulf. The owner is extremely helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again

The location and property were excellent. The pool and game room were great to have. We were very happy with the place.We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony best of all!The only item we think it could be improved on was the cleaning of the unit. A couple of dirty and dusty items to be taken care of.

Beautiful Condo with Unbelieveable View

Comfortable condo with lovely living area. Great kitchen appliances (except for a broken toaster which we replaced). The 4 star rating is because balcony furniture was inside the condo upon arrival. We had to move it outside ourselves in order to use the 2nd bedroom and free up space in the master bedroom and living room. Felt that this should not be the responsibility of the renters to move furniture. Also found it inconvenient that there was no clothes hanging rod in the guest bedroom. Our host was very responsive and quick to answer our inquires. Shipps Landing is a beautiful complex with every amenity any one could want.
