Villa “ViVa Cumbres” is an elegant 4-bedroom villa with a private heated swimming pool and whirlpool situated in the peaceful residential area on the delightful hillside location of Chayofa, overlooking the resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa Las Américas and Costa Adeje.

"ViVa Cumbres” is a detached four-bedroom villa spread out over 3 levels. You enter the property at street level where you will find a double-garage. A flight of stairs brings you to the main entrance of the villa. On this level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and microwave, a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. The living room with dining area is full of natural light with large patio doors leading to the terrace. The living room is complimented with a leather 2-piece suit, SmartTV, DVD and free WIFI. The large dining table can seat up to 8 persons comfortably. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom with direct access to a balcony with stunning ocean views, has a double-bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor is also facing the sea and is sharing the balcony with the master bedroom. This bedroom has a double-bed and shares the bathroom with the remaining bedroom which is furnished with twin beds.

One of the most outstanding feature of this villa is its magnificent terrace with its breath-taking ocean views. There is a large dining table for 8 persons and matching sun-loungers. There is a heated swimming pool (7,2 m x 3,4m) as well as a whirlpool for up to 6 persons and a purpose-built BBQ and a gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for dining alfresco with family and friends.

For additional entertainment, there is also a table tennis at your disposal.

This villa is perfect for those looking for all different types of holiday makers. It’s ideal for a group of golfers to stay in whilst taking advantage of the local golf courses at Las Américas and Costa Adeje. The amazing golf course at the Abama Hotel is also only a 20-minute drive away. The villa is perfect for families wanting to stay in whilst exploring the local beaches and the world-famous water park "SIAM PARK". If you are interested in tennis, Tenerife Tennis Academy is just a stone throw away from the villa. Chayofa gives you the best of both worlds, a quiet place to stay while only being a short drive from some of the more lively areas.

The village of Chayofa has a lovely small centre where you will find a very popular restaurant known for its Canarian cuisine and relaxed chill-out area. You will also find an English Family Pub and a Spanish Tapas Bar, all just a 5-minute stroll away from the villa. Just 200 m down from the villa you will find another restaurant as well as a couple of Minimarkets.

To explore the island and for bigger grocery shopping trips we recommend hiring a car directly at the airport.

Taxi fares to Los Cristianos / Playa de Las Américas are between 10 - 12 Euros.

This villa is equipped with a fast internet connection (300 Mbps) with very good coverage in all bedrooms, making this property an ideal place for any digital nomads. We are happy to provide you with monitors against a fee during your stay at our villa.
