Welcome to our Lakeview Bungalow! Now accepting reservations for Summer 2024!
Our beautiful 3-bedroom home PLUS Bungalow is perfect for your Family Getaway! Newly remodeled with in-floor heated tiles, quality furnishings and linens, a large deck, fire pit and so much more. Not to mention the private dock and the ability to bring your boat!
Each level of the home features a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The master includes a king bed with its own private deck views of Boyne City.
Just behind the home, our Bungalow features a Bunk Room for up to 8 additional guests! It's perfect for the kiddos, or to have another place to enjoy those summer nights.
Our home is located across the street from Lake Charlevoix, and only a 1.6 mile bike ride to Downtown Boyne City.
Summer 2024 is now available 7-night minimum.

Boyne City Downtown is filled with local restaurants, boutiques and offers the best 4th of July display in Northern Michigan. Recognized by Good Morning America and USA Today as one of the "Top 10 Independence Day Celebrations in the Nation," the Travel Channel as the #2 "Best Small Town Fourth of July Celebration in the USA," and Reader's Digest as the #1 "Best Small-Town July Fourth Fireworks" . Make sure to Stroll the Streets every Friday during the Summer season, for LIVE music, cotton candy and face painting for the kids.
Boyne Falls also offers ten world-class golf courses, both on-site or within 30 minutes of your next amazing vacation getaway! At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.
Fall is spectacular in Northern Michigan. Come for a week or long weekend of color-changing foliage and breathtaking views. Mountain Bike or hike away the day!

Mackinac City is just an hour drive from the condominium where you can take in a day of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Boyne mountain is located 5 1/2 hours from Chicago, and about four hours from Detroit.

Castle Farms Wedding weekend family stay

Great Stay

Everything was as promised at this beautiful boyne city rental! Our whole group was extremely happy with the property, though we were there mostly in just the evenings/nights during our stay. Great for a guys golf trip or for a large family stay up north. The only very small issue was the toilet tank in the guest house seemed to have a slow drip onto the floor. Check in couldn’t have been easier and communication was exactly what we were told to expect. Very easy checkout instructions, that are less labor intensive cleaning then many other homes I’ve rented previously. Hope to be back again sometime!

Clean, neat, and some traffic

Spectacular views and the bunk house was very cool. Between the house and the water was a fairly busy road. While it was pictured in the ad, we imagined that the house was a little more remote. Also pictured was a swim pad and paddle board, though the ad did clearly state that they were not available. We missed that part and it was a bummer. Boyne City is a cool little town, not much night life, everything seemed to close be 8 or 9pm, including restaurants and bars. Additionally, great location to get to a lot of up north stuff; river tubing, Petoskey, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear, and Fishtown. Note: while it can technically sleep 14, there are 3 bedrooms and a bunkroom with 4 bunk-mattresses (queen or full sized). if our entire crew showed up at the same time, it would have been quite awkward. All in all, i would do it again.

Lake house

Great location very well furnished with latest appliances large deck area for gathering outside with two large tables and chairs. Only bad is no protection from falling off the deck and stairs not suited for handicap people. Other then that great place to stay.
