Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light filters through wide windows as you ease into the day, coffee in hand and plans forming for nearby park adventures. Evenings unfold at a slower pace - kids drifting toward games and play spaces while you relax poolside or gather indoors for shared time.

The space
This single-level villa in the Orlando Area is designed for comfort and flexibility, with open living spaces that bring everyone together. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fast wifi (287 Mbps) keep the home comfortable and connected, while a dedicated workspace in a common area makes it easy to stay productive when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
The home offers four bedrooms plus additional sleeping space. Two king master suites include private ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and storage, with one providing direct access to the pool area. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room adds extra flexibility. A crib, Pack ’n play/travel crib, and high chair are always available.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms provide a mix of bathtub and shower options, along with bathroom essentials. One master bathroom includes a bidet.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and generous prep space. A dining table anchors shared meals, while coffee is available for easy mornings.

Entertainment & family features
An air-conditioned game room offers arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV. A separate children’s playroom is stocked with toys, books, and board games for a range of ages. Smart TVs with streaming services and standard cable are available throughout, along with exercise equipment for added flexibility.

The private outdoor area includes a screened pool and spa, available year-round, with heating offered for an extra fee. No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
