Superb family home for 13 people with private heated pool and dome – Peace and spacious. Treat yourself to an exceptional stay in this spacious family home, nestled in peace and quiet on a large plot of land. Designed to welcome families and friends, it combines comfort, conviviality, and relaxation. The property features a private heated swimming pool measuring 6m x 12m, protected by an 8m x 18m dome, as well as two adjacent terraces to fully enjoy sunny days. Inside, you will find an entrance hall with a WC, a pantry, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious 70m² living/dining room bathed in light thanks to its three large bay windows. The house offers 6 comfortable bedrooms, ideally distributed to ensure everyone's privacy: First wing :

Bedroom 1: 160cm bed and private shower room
Bedroom 2: 140cm bed and private shower room
Bedroom 3: two 90cm beds and private shower room

Second wing:

Bedroom 4: 160cm bed and private shower room
Bedroom 5: 140cm bed + 90cm bed, with private shower room

In the centre of the house :

Bedroom 6: two 90cm beds

A second WC is ideally located between bedrooms 4 and 5.

Outside, enjoy a large wooden terrace equipped with two parasols, perfect for meals with family or friends. Behind the pool, an outdoor fitness area awaits you, as well as a play area for younger children with swings and a ping-pong table. The house is located just a 10-minute drive from Souillac, where you will find all the necessary shops (Leclerc supermarket, farmers' market, etc.). Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the possibility of setting off directly from the house for beautiful bike rides. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse mais mériterait d être équipée d une climatisation au moins partiellement. Nous avons eu très chaud les premières nuits.Le puits de lumière de la cuisine apporte beaucoup de chaleur.La douche dans 5 chambres sur 6 et la grande piscine avec dôme sont les points forts de cette maison. Nous étions 10 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans et c etait confortable au niveau de l espace.
