Location was great. Property was not very clean. Many loose hairs in bathroom and some pink mold in master shower. Owners were easy to reach and very helpful. Guessing they didn't know the cleaning was subpar.

Trip to Kenai

We were in Kenai/Soldotna for a soccer tournament and this was a great location. Close to stores and close to the fields my son was playing. The place was very clean and comfortable. The reason for the four stars instead of five is for a few reasons. The laundry is paid and is shared with the other units in the building which means if you want to use it you are kind of obligated to stick around and wait. There was one small TV in the living area and none in the bedrooms (which would be fine for people not traveling with kids lol) . I also was confused when we got there and I honestly can’t say it wasn’t there but I didn’t see it. There were not instructions about where to park or which unit we were in. There are four units in the building and four assigned parking areas and all I knew was we were on the bottom floor. The host DID answer the phone as soon as I called so she my experience was that she is very responsive.

Perfect for our family

It was a perfect place for us. It allowed us to experience the beauty of Alaska yet have the convenience of being near several towns (Kasilof, Soldotna & Kenai) and not too far from Seward and Homer. Coin operated laundry machines were a bit small and cramped. Otherwise, we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!! Highly recommended!!

Convenient and as advertised

We’re visiting family and mainly slept at the rental. The unit was clean and had most all accoutrements you’d need for a short visit. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Saw a moose on property. Overall great place to stay!
