Less than 10 minute drive to the beach! Walk to the end of the street and enjoy the Intercoastal waterway, a park with benches to enjoy the boats or to fish. Walk or take a short car ride to some of the best restaurants and shops in the area! Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Market and much more are just across Rt 1.
Outside: pool, furniture (seats 20); umbrellas and shade, lots of sun, screened-in porch, with outside TV and fans. Propane and/or charcoal and dining table for 8 with umbrella.
Inside: open floor plan, eats/entertains 12, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed wifi.
