Excellent weekend stay for a family of four! The home is spacious, private and clean. We really appreciated the coffee amenities and the communication with the host was clear and very helpful. We would highly recommend!

Pros, large space and great location. Cons, details below:The home needs a thorough cleaning, refresh and replacement of many things.We did notify the owner of dirty floors upon checkin and she promptly sent someone over. The 2nd “cleaning” didn’t do much- more than a broom and hand-vac should be used to properly clean dirty floors. We dealt with cockroaches daily, so several over the course of our stay. There is dust buildup everywhere. We had issues with using/closing many of the blinds and they are all layered with dust. Window blinds on the sliding patio doors made it difficult to access the backyard. While the beds were okay, the pillows were completely flat. It is concerning, the prior guest is responsible for starting the towels to wash (trusting detergent is added) - learned this with the checkout instructions. Linens are not in the best condition. We removed all the bath rugs upon arrival because they were not clean. The most concerning - there was mold in all the showers. I cannot refer this place to anyone else as I would not stay here again myself.

This is a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Desert Bloom Park is 5 minutes away with sports facilities, a lovely stretch of green grass, picnic pavilions, and a children’s playground. World famous Las Vegas strip is only 8 minutes from home. Easy access to T-Mobile Arena, home to the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team and Allegiant Stadium, where the National Football League team, Las Vegas Raiders, play.
