The updates give this unit a relaxing, modern beach vibe that includes every convenience you would expect from a luxury beachfront condo. There are only 2 units per floor offering a family friendly, quiet retreat close to all the activates PCB has to offer. The complex is gated, with security cameras and private beach access.

This Spacious 4th Floor unit has over 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The master suite has a king size bed, huge master bathroom, large walk in shower, jetted shower system and garden tub. The guest room has a queen-size bed and writing desk. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, a trundle bed and private full bathroom. The Livingroom has a sleeper sofa, breakfast bar and plenty of seating for everyone in your group.

Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV in addition to the 60 inch smart TV in the living room. Blue Ray and HD Digital channels are also available in the Living room and Master Bedroom.

The Great Room and Master Suite open directly onto a large wrap around balcony (250 square feet) which overlooks the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine as you relax on our private balcony and watch the boats, dolphins, or a breathtaking sunset.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the AC to 76 F
Close all Blinds and leave bedroom doors open for air flow
Wash any used beach towels if possible
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Renter is hereby informed that possible third-party trade work may occur during their stay and such work will be tolerated by Renter.
Only 1 parking pass is included with your booking. Guest must request a 2nd pass at the time of booking for an additional $55 fee.

Best location on the Beach!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect. It’s on the quiet end of PCB and a small resort with only 2 condos per floor. The kids, ages 11 and 13 loved the pool. Access to the beach was easy. The lock on the door to get in and out was a bit tricky and the gate to the pool did not work. Other than that it was a great trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Our property is family owned and operated. It was originally purchased as a private 2nd home for our family to enjoy, so you can imagine that all of the “fixings” are included. It truly is our home away from home. This property is ideal for families who want a peaceful get away, but still some nightly excitement right around the corner.

Why they chose this property

The Grande Surf Club is a smaller condo complex which is ideal for families. If you hate waiting in lines for elevators, having to get up early to get seating at the pool or over crowded beach space, this is the condo for you! There are only 2 units per floor and most of the condos have residences who there year round. There are many attractions within walking distance. Since our unit is on the 4th floor you can still safely watch the kids from the balcony. Our unit has a total of 2,500 square feet including the balcony. There is enough seating on the balcony for 10+ and we regular update our unit to keep it feeling like home and not worn down.

What makes this property unique

The complex has gated parking and cameras through out. So you can feel safe while you are on vacation. The size of our unit lends while to those in wheelchairs who needs the space to move around. There is a full on laundry room and movie library as well! Come and relax in our family owned condo, we know you will love it as much as we do!
