You can be a Cheeseburger in Paradise, too! This luxurious Beachside Village rental boasts 3rd row views, 4 covered decks, 2 primary suites + 2 guest bedrooms, and close proximity to the beach. Ideal for guests of all ages, it’s an indulgence the whole family (including your pups!) will love!

The wall of windows in the living area brightens up the room with warm Galveston sun. Plush, comfortable furnishings are perfect for lounging. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prep and cook with ease, is nearby so no one misses the fun. The breakfast bar sets 4, and the dining table easily seats 6, so meals together are a breeze.

The convenient residential elevator stops at all levels and makes it easy to drop off your luggage. All of the bedrooms boast deck access, and the primary suites have private decks. The main level primary king suite also has an en suite bath with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The upper level king suite has double vanities and a shower. The third king bedroom has a walk-in closet and is near the wet bar. Kids and teens will love the fourth bedroom with 2 full beds and pullout twin trundles.

Enjoy your morning coffee on any of the 4 covered decks with views of the Gulf. Each features a variety of colorful outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing. PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Home Beautiful But Needs Some Serious TLC
We rented for July 4th 2023 (Friday-Wednesday). 6 adults, 2 young kids. For past 15+ yrs we've rented beach house for July 4th, usually Galveston. Beautiful home, Great location, Comfy beds. As experienced renters, we had 2 issues with this home. [1] House has NO AVAILABLE KITCHEN STORAGE. NO PANTRY anywhere. Only place to store non-perishables, paper products, etc for 5 night vacation was on counter. NO EMPTY CABINETS or DRAWERS - every cabinet/drawer occupied, items randomly placed in cabinets/drawers. I consolidated cabinets/drawers for somewhere to put our stuff. The kitchen has broken "double warming drawer", we used this to store non-perishables. [2] Downstairs ground floor level has NO DOWNSTAIRS SOCIAL AREA!!! A sandy picnic table & tiny bbq pit were only furnishings downstairs. When we wanted to hang out downstairs while food was on grill & so kids could play, we had to either stand, sit on stairs, or open our sandy beach chairs to sit. We have NEVER stayed in a home without some furnishings on ground floor. ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS-Fridge ice maker very tiny. Kitchen built-in ice maker & upstairs bar fridge BOTH BROKEN. Only 1 small broom no dustpan, no blankets or throws, dog poop hasn't been picked up in while, bbq pit lacking, useless beach junk outside downstairs shower. Mgt Co. should adjust allotment of towels/ toiletries based on length of guest's stay! IN CLOSING, this house needs some significant TLC to make it worth the premium price being charged.

Great Family Vacation
We have three families with children staying. Overall age ranges 5-53 and a total of 12 people. We had a great time! Plenty of space for everyone and great places to hang out together. We loved that the beach was almost private. Technically it is a public beach access; but the primary people using it were the ones staying in the neighborhood. The elevator was a definite bonus and game changer! My parents did not come with us this trip due to prior commitments which was the primary reason we liked that option. It was very helpful with loading and unloading when everyone was arriving and leaving back home.

Was really excited…
When we saw the property on VRBO we were super excited to have everything we were hoping for. Once we got to the property and saw it we were a little surprised that the property seemed so worn. We understand that it is at the coast and that has a toll on the exterior. There was a dead bird carcass on the carport stair door mat that looked like it had been there for a while. There was a beeping alarm on the carport somewhere and neither of the gates would close. Once inside the home was beautiful and very well decorated. The refrigerator door was broken and would close properly and therefore wouldn’t cool properly. The drink cooler was out of order and the separate ice maker was blowing hot air. I called the service number and told them about it, but we were leaving and I didn’t want people in the house while we were gone, so I told them that I would just deal with it and would call them back if I needed them to come out. All in all we were pleased to be able to have our elderly parents down to Galveston and the time we spent there was comfortable.
