Step inside and you’ll find high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wall of windows that make the living area bright & airy. The colorful accents are a fun touch and add to the character of the home. Sit back and relax on the comfortable sectional or catch a movie on the large TV. The galley-style kitchen is close by, fully-equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need. Serve up morning meals at the breakfast bar, or eat together at the large dining table.
All of the bedrooms boast deck access - perfect for slow mornings in the Gulf breeze. The primary king suite has plenty of closet space and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another king bedroom is down the hall, with a full bathroom and washer & dryer set nearby. Upstairs, the dorm-style queen/twins bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and garden tub. It’s a great size for kids, teens, or a whole family!
Start your mornings together on the expansive main deck. Sunbathe on the comfortable loungers, dine al fresco under the cover, or look take advantage of peek-a-boo Gulf views. The beach is just a short walk away past 8 neighbors, so pack your beach cart!

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Close to the beach and I would recommend if you have never been to Pirates Beach. We rented here a few times..Not crowded and golf cart friendly on the streets.

The property location and check in/check out were excellent. The house was great except we did have major issues with ants inside and outside the home as well as more than a dozen wasp nests. If you drop one spec of crumb on the floor you will turn around to a million ants. It was terrible. We had to go buy spray. The house also needs some work. The hammock outside literally fell when my daughter sat on it. Left a bump on her head, a huge scrape on her bottom and elbow. The hardware holding it up was rusted so it literally snapped in half and the wooden pier they had it in was rotted. The other swing on the porch is rusted and almost fell over when I sat on it. So we didn't use either. The outside water hose spicket is rusted and cut my finger. The water pressure was low so it made it hard to shower or wash dishes. Other than that the home is beautiful and the location was perfect!

All of the vacation homes we manage receive regular pest control treatments but ants can still be a problem, unfortunately. We would have been happy to have them come out and spray again or have Property Services take a look at the swing.
