Comfortable and stylish, this Sea Isle beachfront home features lots of recent updates - new rugs (2021), colorful deck furniture (2020), gel memory foam bed toppers, and HDTV Smart TVs (2021). The whole family will love the easy access to the beach and the fun neighborhood amenities!

Inside, the wood floors, high ceilings, and wall of windows create a bright & airy living space. You’ll love family time on the large, plush sectional with beautiful Gulf views. Find books and board games throughout the home for morning reads or game nights. Grab a cup of coffee and chat with the group chef at the breakfast bar. Cooking up a family feast is a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen, and the plentiful counter space means several people can help prep. Serve at the spacious dining table, and dine while overlooking the beach.

Sleep easy on the comfortable furnishings in your private bedroom. The upper level primary king suite boasts a private covered deck and relaxing en suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. The upper level also has a queen bedroom with its own TV and en suite half bath. Head down to the main level for a king bedroom and pyramid bunk room with a shared full bath between (shower only) - great options for guests of all ages!

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the expansive main deck, and watch the sunrise or sunset glow over the Gulf. The panoramic beachfront views are unbeatable from these front row seats. Head down to the beach for a day full of sun, sand, and surf - there are lots of beach toys downstairs. For additional fun, swim in the seasonal neighborhood pool (with purchase of a pass) or fishing at the Sea Isle Pier (refundable deposit required)!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
