The seven tastefully furnished apartments "Appartamenti Lungolago" are located in a palazzo from the 17th century. Right on the beautiful, approx. 8 km long lakeside promenade in all-day sunny location. Each of the attractive apartments is well equipped, has a dishwasher and washing machine and can be reached by elevator. An air conditioning is available in the mansard apartment No. 8. There is a free WLAN Internet access available for navigating the Internet. The shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful Romanesque old town of Pallanzas can be reached on foot from the house, and the ferry port of the passenger ferry is only 200 m away. So you can explore the lake by boat and take a variety of excursions to the Borromean islands. For the sports enthusiasts, there is the town's tennis court, the public swimming pool with sand beach and the public beach with lawn in 500 to 900 m distance. The nearby nature reserve Val Grande offers a wide range of possibilities for experiencing and exploring a unique wild and original landscape. The promenade, on the other hand, invites you to take long walks. You can reach the world-famous Botanical Garden of Villa Taranto in about 30 minutes by foot with its more than 20,000 different plants from all over the world. For loading and unloading you can drive up to the house. Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. A very pleasant stay

The flat was really nice, had all we needed and it was very comfortable. The air condition in all the rooms was a big plus for us, as it was still quite warm. The view from the balcony was super, and the location itself is very beautiful. We had a really pleasant stay in Verbania. Can only recommend.

Nicht wie beschrieben

Die Bilder der Wohnung waren zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung leider nicht mehr aktuell. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und umgebaut. So sind die Holzdecken inzwischen weiß lackiert und die Raumaufteilung der Schlaf- und Badezimmer völlig verändert. Das Bad mit der Backsteinmauer gibt es bspw. nicht mehr. Die Küche ist nur rudimentär ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur sehr kleine Fenster, die sich nur kippen und nicht öffnen lassen. Lüften ist daher kaum möglich. Die Klimageräte wollten wir nicht nutzen, da diese zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts stark verschimmelt waren.

Ruhige Wohnung trotz zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Große Vorteile waren die zentrale Lage (Fähre, Restaurant, Bademöglichkeiten, Einkaufen fußläufig) und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Da die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist, konnten auch die Kinder gut früh einschlafen. Einen Punkt ziehe ich für die Küchenausstattung ab - uns hat einiges gefehlt (wie z.B. Spüllappen, Schwamm, Geschirrtuch, Topflappen, Müllbeutel, Wasserkocher, …), eine so leere Küche habe ich noch nie vorgefunden.

Ein toller Ort um den Lago Maggiore kennen zu lernen

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Gute Restaurants genau vor der Haustür und 200m bis zur Fähre. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige Minus ist die Parksituation, denn trotz Parkausweis muss man meistens etwas suchen.

Very comfortable apartment with great view of the lake

Very clean, high-quality apartment which was perfect for my mother and mother-in-law. En suite bathrooms for both bedrooms was a real bonus. Only negative is that there were no bin bags left for us and this can be a problem in Italy.

Super Wohnung, Gott sei Dank mit Klimaanlage, sonst wäre sie sehr heiß.Toller Blick vom Balkon und super Lage. Die Deckenhöhe ist teilweise sehr niedrig, Duschen im Stehen nicht möglich.
