In about 5 km distance is the village Luino with its famous weekly market, from where you can explore the lake by boat. The charming hinterland attracts with its worth seeing small places, in which one still another idea of ​​the original life in this area can get. Overall, the charming house has a floor space of approximately 70 m² and a beautiful outdoor area, consisting of 2 terraces and a garden. The fantastic panorama view of the roofs of Germignaga, the lake, the beautiful landscape with the peaks of the Swiss Alps and the wooded slopes of the Italian shores make you aware that this is a particularly beautiful spot. Amazing view

The house was fine and the view was amazing. The only thing that could be changed is the terrace it is really uneven. What I also would do is make a fence so the dogs can not walk away.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche und das Bad - wie neu renoviert. Ein großer Flachbildfernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Stabiles und schnelles Internet. Sehr schöner Blick auf den See. Fast alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen nur keine Liegestühle vorhanden.

Schöne, aber in die Jahre gekommene Terrasse - hervorragender Blick von Terrasse - allerdings könnte man zwei Sträucher so beschneiden, dass man auch im Haus einen schönen Ausblick hätte. Bad neu - Küche funktional - Haus sauber - gute ruhige Lage

Haus in Germignaga

Haus war bis auf kleine Mängel , die leider auch nicht behoben worden ,in Ordnung. Der Garten ist weitaus kleiner als auf den Bildern dargestellt, ziemlich zugewachsen und bedarf etwas Pflege. Der Ausblick auf den Lago Traumhaft. Zur nächsten Pizzeria benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Fahrzeug.

Un hébergement bien situé et calme

La maison est vraiment bien située pour se rendre assez rapidement vers Locarno, Lugano, Come ou Milan. Elle permet aisément de visiter le lac majeur, le lac de Come, le lac de Lugano ou le lac d'Orta. Attention, l'annonce ne le mentionne pas mais les draps et serviettes nécessitent de payer un supplément. L'endroit est vraiment très calme. La maison est bien aménagée.

Haus top, Kontakt vor Ort flop

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche hier verbracht und es waren auch dank des top ausgestatteten, schönen Hauses sehr schöne Tage. Die Naturstufen zum Eingang hoch waren jedes Mal eine Herausforderung für meine unsicher laufende Mutter, an meiner Hand hat sie sie aber gut schaffen können. Das Haus hat echt viele nützliche Extras: Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner, viel interessante Reiseliteratur auf Deutsch, einige Gesellschaftsspiele, ausreichend Geschirr (leider keine Weingläser), im Garten standen sogar zwei kleine Grills. Und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich genial. Schlecht fanden wir, dass es im Haus bei unserer Ankunft keinerlei Hinweis zum Wlan-Passwort gab. Wir mussten erst die nur italienisch sprechende italienische Hausverwalterin anrufen und ihr nochmal (wieder Roming-Gebühren...) über Whatsapp schreiben, um es zu bekommen. Bei der Gelegenheit schrieb sie über Whatsapp auf Italienisch, sie würde am nächsten Vormittag 11 Uhr vorbeikommen, um die Reinigungsgebühr abzuholen und hat uns dann versetzt (wir haben bis 12 Uhr auf sie gewartet). Letztendlich sahen wir die Frau nie persönlich sondern bekamen von ihr die Anweisung, die 85 Euro Reinigungsgebühr bei der Abfahrt im offenstehenden Haus auf den Tisch zu legen. Mir war dabei etwas mulmig zumute, scheinbar hat es aber doch niemand gestohlen. Der Kontakt zur deutschen Agentur war aber sehr nett und der Urlaub dank des schönen Hauses wunderbar.

Schönes, ruhiges Feriendomizil

Haben sehr entspannte Urlaubstage mit unseren beiden Katzen genießen können, die Reisen mit und gewöhnt sind. Kater ist Freigänger und könnte die Gegend erkunden. Katze ist gern auf die Terrasse, in den kleinen Garten bzw. auf den Innenhof mitgekommen. Das Haus ist genauso, wie esauf den Fotos in der Anzeigezu sehen

Herrlicher Ausblick über den See von der Frühstücks Terrasse

Der Außenbereich ist ziemlich uneben und nicht eingezäunt. Für Hundebesitzer weniger geeignet. Sämtliche Grundstücke mit Hunden in der Umgebung sind eingezäunt, sogar der gegenüberliegende Hundeauslaufplatz.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schön renovierter Küchen und neuem Bad. Das schöne umgebende Grundstück (Garten/Terrasse) verdient etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit.

Frühling in Luino

Die Fotos im Inserat stimmen leider gar nicht mit der Realität überein. Man sucht vergebens einen Liegestuhl (wurde auch nach Nachfragen nicht zur Verfügung gestellt). Keine Aschenbecher, leider hat es sehr viele Zigarettenstummel im Garten gehabt. Die grosse Terrasse ist eine Stolperfalle, da die Steine sich lupfen. Die Küche wurde in der Zwischenzeit renoviert und es hat keine Waschmaschine mehr. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist nicht sehr gross.(Weingläser sucht man vergebens). Auch das Bad wurde renoviert und stimmt auch nicht mehr. Bei der Übergabe fehlte ein Abfallplan, die Verwalter wussten nicht genau wann, was abgeholt wird. Wir haben dann selber auf der Gemeinde einen Abfallplan geholt. (In Italien ist Abfalltrennung ein grosses Thema). Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Italien und geniessen die Zeit mit unserem Hund. Tipp an den Eigentümer: die Bilder vom Haus erneuern im Inserat.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Panorama

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Urlaubswoche zu zweit mit Hund hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, neue, gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Betten, Wohlfühlsofa - alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten ist nicht so groß, aber völlig ausreichend, der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See einfach immer wieder beeindruckend. Sehr schöne Lage, auch mit Hund - bergauf geht es in den Wald, bergab ist man in 15 Minuten im beschaulichen Örtchen Germignaga und am See. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Sehr ungepflegtes Objekt incl. Garten div. Mängel, die wärend des Aufenthaltes nicht behoben wurden (z.B.Waschmaschine und Backofen defekt, TV funktionierte nicht, ein Techniker konnte den Fehler auch nicht beheben. Halterung für den Duschkopf war nicht vorhanden und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Gartenmöbel waren total verdreckt (1.Terrasse) und auf der 2. Terrasse mit Seeblick sehr unbequeme Picknick-Bänke ohne Auflagen. Bettmatratze, Decken und Kissen waren fleckig. Lieblos zusammengewürfeltes Küchengeschirr, zum Teil sehr unansehnlich. Keine Einweisung (Hausbuch nicht vorhanden), keine Hilfe bei den Problemen, von keiner Seite, keine Entnahme. Absolut nicht weiter empfehlenswert.
