Appartement CarcaLuxe, awarded 2 stars by the Agence de Développement Touristique de l’Aude, is a 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a large living area, a bathroom with shower cubicle, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living area includes a full kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and everything else you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a three-course gourmet dinner (except, of course, a chef).  The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The large balcony provides a space for outdoor dining and overlooks the communal  pool (open daily from 08h00 to 21h00 from mid-June to mid-September). Situated in a calm and quiet  neighbourhood, the property offers free, secure onsite parking in a dedicated parking space.

The Canal du Midi is a few steps away while it is just a 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Here you will find the main line train station with trains to Toulouse, Narbonne, and other destinations, and many independent shops, restaurants and bars, etc. All flight arrivals at Carcassonne Airport are met by the airport shuttle bus which has stops a short walk from the apartment. The famous Medieval City of Carcassonne is located across town.

Logement très propre et idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants.Les hôtes sympathiques et très disponibles.Les enfants étaient ravis avec piscine avec un visuel depuis la terrasse.Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement du 8 au 10 mai à 4 personnes lors de notre week-end Spartan Race, et tout était parfait.Le logement est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Les lits étaient faits avec des draps propres à notre arrivée, des serviettes étaient prévues pour tout le monde dans la salle de bain, et même la table était déjà mise. Nous n’avions plus qu’à poser nos sacs et profiter du séjour.Le grand balcon est également un vrai plus, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent au vu des prestations proposées.Enfin, les hôtes ont été adorables : gentils, agréables, généreux et très réactifs dans la communication. Nous les avons beaucoup appréciés tous les deux et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation !
