Charming single-story house with no overlooking neighbors, accommodating 6/7 people, approximately 750m from the beach, about 1km from seasonal shops, and about 1km from the town center. Located in the lighthouse district, the accommodation comprises a lovely living area with a lounge/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an open-plan kitchen (with microwave, oven, and 4-burner gas hob), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a second bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm) and a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, a separate WC, a garage equipped with a washing machine, and a front terrace with an electric awning. The fully enclosed sandy garden surrounds the house and provides parking for one or two cars. An outdoor sink, a barbecue, and two sun loungers are also available. Ideal for a family holiday. Pets are welcome.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
