This place was very unique in a great way! My family and I loved the log interior, comfortable beds and furniture. Fireplace was a bonus! Very clean as well! Location was close to a lot of activities and sites. I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable home in a great location enabling us to enjoy area attractions. The house is beautiful and has all of the amenities to make any stay comfortable. The host was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. A great time was had by all!

This was the prefect place to stay for my daughters graduation at NMU! This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at and we had plenty of room to stretch our for our group of 7. Everyone raved about how comfortable their beds were and fireplace was perfect for those cold Northern Michigan spring days. The views of Lake Superior were a great bonus!

Lovely log home on treed lot, spacious upstairs primary suite with large walk-in closet. The kitchen cookware and dishes could use an update as many pieces were worn, especially considering the rental rate and overall quality of the house. Enjoyed using the firepit in front of the house. An accurate description of the house is that it has lake views; however, there is no lake or beach access across the street because it is private property. Nice to have garage access.

What a charming lodge! Plenty of room for parking, plenty of beds for sleeping, and clean, well supplied bathrooms!The fireplace ambience in the evenings was perfect for good conversations about the day's activities including walks on the trail next to the lodge. It is so convenient to restaurants and local activities. We loved the quietness and location with views to the lake.

Tremendous Location

As always a great stay and a wonderful time in the UP. This is our second trip to this cabin and we love it. Very accommodating hosts and a really great location. Can't wait to come back again.

Labor Day getaway with family and friends

Well appointed cabin for a relaxing escape

Lakewood Lodge is a nicely maintained cabin with views of the lake, and quiet neighborhood around Harvey MI. Close access to trails and Marquette made this a great location for a friend's meetup weekend.

Beautiful vacation home in Marquette

Beautiful house near downtown Marquette. We loved the setting of the house, in a quiet wooded area with a view of the lake. There are several trails and waterfalls nearby. We would highly recommend this vacation home.
