With a brand new kitchen and living area, the new open floor plan and large deck gives your family plenty of space to entertain. Enjoy this home away from home at our relaxing retreat!

My husband, Eric, and I fell in love with Smith Mountain Lake a couple of years ago when visiting one weekend. Soon after, we bought a house and remodeled it to make it an open floor plan with more windows to enjoy the beautiful view! We loved it so much that we wanted to share it with other people and turned it into a vacation rental. We do not live in the area, but we still visit as often as we can to continue updating the house with high-tech gadgets and extras for our guests. Our four boys love hanging out there as well, even in the winter!
