In the extension of the living room, is the very spacious bedroom equipped with a King size bed (180x200) with a 'SOFITEL' brand new mattress.

The bedroom has also a direct access to the terrace.



In the hallway, you will find a fully integrated and equipped kitchen area with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare you a meal.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. At the entrance of the apartment, there is an additional separate toilet.

The apartment is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, rue Tronchet, between Boulevard Haussmann and Place de la Madeleine, literally at the foot of the famous Parisian department stores (Printemps & Galeries Lafayette).



On the Place de la Madeleine side, there are many delicatessens, each more refined than the other, fashion boutiques as well as many prestigious theaters and other performance venues such as the Olympia or the Edouard VII theater. are in the immediate vicinity!



You will have plenty of time to be able to walk around to discover the neighborhood and live in total immersion in one of the most popular areas of the capital.



You will also have easy access to major tourist sites in a few minutes either on foot or by metro:
