The ocean is calling. Here is your chance to answer & get close to nature. Incredibly private & loaded with wildlife, yet nestled close to both Sullivan & Franklin, this AIR CONDITIONED retreat features a bright sunroom. The outdoor area has a large patio with outdoor dining as well as incredible water views. The horseshoe pit also enjoys that same water view. There is an acre of fenced in yard making this an extra friendly spot for your four-legged friend.

LIVING AREA After blissful or adventurous (you get to choose!) day, watch a movie TV in the welcoming living area. The attached sunroom has a pellet stove. This home is located 20 mins from Ellsworth & is in a great location for all kinds of day trips in the Downeast area.

KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is well-equipped with full appliances, drip coffee maker & ample counter space.
BED & BATH This home sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The 3rd bedroom is really special. It offers complete privacy & is in its own separate suite over the garage. It has a separate entrance and comes complete with a kitchenette and a small living room area. The bedroom has a full bed and tv.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This waterfront haven includes a horse shoe pit and a large deck with alfresco dining and wonderful views. The sprawling 2-acre property presents plenty of room to unwind. Yes, you can kayak or canoe right in your backyard. Did we mention the wildlife? So much to see... Be sure to watch the tide! There is a fenced in pen for your furry friend!

This is our second year staying at Mariners Reach. We absolutely love it and so do the dogs! The kitchen has everything you need. I would say high chairs at the peninsula would be good!! The house is always clean. Our favorite place is the sunroom for having coffee and breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back!!
