Porto Cupecoy is one of Dutch Sint Maarten's most upscale communities located walking distance to beautiful beaches. This condo apartment has a water marina view with a European feel. Amenities include full kitchen, Washer & dryer, WiFi, tennis courts, pool, fitness center, gourmet supermarket, and many restaurants all walking distance from the villa. This is also 24 hour security and parking. The living area has a large couch with a 55 inch HDTV. The outside covered patio that overlooks the marina has a large table for outside dining and a seating area to enjoy the outdoors . The bedrooms are spacious and have en suite marble bathrooms.

The host's representative was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. The cleaning woman was a sweetheart and the unit was in good shape. There were plenty of supplies provided as well as towels, etc.
