Welcome to the Private Oasis! A Spectacular home in Avila! Avila Beach is one of our best hidden treasures on the Central Coast. Your time staying at the “Private Oasis” will certainly be memorable. Peace will be felt from the time you enter the private gated community to arriving at the home nestled at the end of a small cul de sac, backing to open space lined with majestic oak trees. The front and back decks offer the choice of all day sun or all day shade. The backyard has outdoor dining space for eight, a gas fire pit and an infinity spa to escape under the oak trees.
A split level design with an open spacious living area and master bedroom on the top level and two guest rooms, full bath and sauna on the lower level. The garage has enough space for your car and all the toys you might want to bring with you.
Amenities include Wolf and subzero appliances, central vac, Large custom infinity spa, gas fireplace, and a surround sound system with speakers in all the rooms and patio. With Designer chosen furniture and furnishings, you will be sure to feel like Royalty when you stay here.
When you decide to venture from this Private Oasis, the central coast has much to offer! The community of San Luis Bay Estates has 5 miles of trails that connect to the Bob Jones Trail, a community trail that ends in downtown Avila Beach. Avila Beach downtown has shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, golfing, wine tasting, and the list goes on. A mile out of Avila Beach is the 101 Fwy, between San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach!

We had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful couple. The home was well taken care of and left in excellent condition. We would definitely recommend on hosting!
This is a beautiful property and the setting is gorgeous. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The property management was outstanding.Google Maps does take you to the back entrance and you can not get on to the San Luis Estates from there. You have to go back to the main entrance and find the guard house, this was the only problem we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
100% as advertised. So clean and simple. Will be back.
