This layout, which includes an apartment that can function independently with its own living room and kitchen, makes it ideal for several families travelling together while preserving each guest’s privacy and peace.
The property is not air-conditioned.

The flat garden is an open invitation to play and unwind. The 10 x 4 m swimming pool, lined with sun loungers, quickly becomes the focal point of long sunny afternoons. The villa nevertheless remains close to the picturesque village of Biot, just 15 minutes from the golf courses and 20 minutes from the beaches of the French Riviera. Two covered parking spaces and two outdoor spaces complete the property.
