Bel appartement Bien situé proche de Marbella et de puerto banus ‘ Appartement proche de l’autoroute néanmoins bruit sur la terrasse un peu genant, Manque un micro onde et un parasol sur la tressa et un peu de vaisselle Pour le reste l’appartement est très fonctionnel Belle piscine

De accommodatie binnenin was aangenaam, het lawaai buiten was echter niet te harden! Niet aangenaam om buiten te eten of te verblijven! De autostrade loopt juist naast de accommodatie!

We had a lovely holiday, the property was clean spacious and functional, however the noise of the motorway in the back garden was a little distracting. The pool area was good, the gardens were fabulous, if there were some sunbeds it would have been a great place to spend a few hours, the sunbeds at the property were too heavy to take.

Bon séjour au sein de cette charmante maison bien place , néanmoins un peu bruyante côte nationale.

proche commodités , accès faciles aux grands axes, propriété conforme à l’annonce, piscine agréable et très bien entretenu . nous avons passé un bon séjour .

wir kamen abends um 21 Uhr in der Wohnung an. Es fand eine kurze Schlüsselübergabe durch eine Mitarbeiterin des Schlüsselhalters statt. Diese hatte um diese Uhrzeit wenig Lust uns die Wohnung zu zeigen und war schnell wieder weg. Wir bekamen nicht erklärt, das die Wohnung über Heizung oder Klimaanlage verfügt. Diese hätten wir dringend benötigt, da die Wohnung innen sehr feucht, kalt und klamm war.Das Wasser lief innen von den Fenstern. Die Betten waren nass und feucht, die Bettdecken ohne Überzug (war nicht vorhanden) ebenfalls. Am nächsten MOrgen stellten wir bei Helligkeit fest, das die Wohnung voller Spinnen und Insekten war, in nder Küche in den Besteckablagen lagen lange schearze Haare bei den Messern, schimmelige Essensreste befanden sich ebenfalls dort. Durch die mit schweren Eisengittern verschlossenen Terrassentüren sahen wir das beide Terrassen kniehoch mit Unkraut bewachsen waren, einen Rasen, wie auf den Fotos im Internet erkennbar gab es NICHT. Die Sitzmöbel und die Terrasse selbst war verschmutzt und durch das hohe Unkraut nicht nutzbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl und sind 2 Tage später aus diesem Loch ausgezogen. Auf den Fotos hui innen pfui... Wir haben max. 2 Stunden schlafen können.

Très bien

L’appar Était très propre, le seul inconvénient c’est que nous étions 4 donc 2 couples, il y avait bien de chambre mais sur l’un d’entre el’e Il m’a quait la porte il manquait aussi la porte du couloir qui menait au chambres. C’est bien dommage. Il y avait 2 belle terasse, mais pas de barbecue... la piscine est collective pour toute la résidence l’eau est gelée, il faisait 23° dehors mais l’eau n’etant pas chauffer pas possible de profiter de la piscine. Ça se voyait que c’était neuf, il manquait quelque petit accessoire dans la cuisine. Lés dressing dans les chambre c’est une penderie et il n’y avait pas de cintre ! Mais sinon je recommande c’est super proche du centre ville à pied et en voiture c’est super beau !
