Pleasant stay

We had a great 6 days in this home, really enjoyed the outside space and pool, but feel I need to point out a few things, the shower door doesn’t close properly , so water goes onto the floor, the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom doesn’t work and the under counter fridge has got a missing door on the freezer box, causing the fridge to freeze, maybe consider replacing, removing or put a note on it to make people aware of the fault, but having said that, there is a fridge freezer in the dining area

Nice house needs some maintenance

House is fine as the location. House needs some maintenance everything works and everything is there but some stuff is outdated. It did not bother us, because it fits the price.

Margarita review

The property was very clean and well-maintained, though it is an older building and could benefit from some updates. The main bathroom, in particular, needs a fresh coat of enamel on the bathtub. Very difficult to comunicate by phone with interhome that manages the property.

House situated in a lovely location with direct access to the Campo for Dog walks. However, upon arrival there was no fixing for the shower head, the electric hob had to be turned off on the Main board as it kept on coming on , despite being turned off. Overall the property felt tired and unloved. There were only 4 dining room chairs , but the house slept 6 .... The washing machine is in a dirty , messy little room under the house with no washing basket or anywhere to put things. All in all it was just sad to see that a property with so much potential is being operated like this.

An OK rental

The villa was very clean and well equipped. It was great to have your own pool. There were a few things that need attention; the small fridge in the kitchen freezes only and can’t be used as a fridge, luckily there is another large fridge freezer in the living room. The shower cubicle in the main bathroom is very small and as the door screen is very low and didn’t close this resulted in the bathroom always flooding! The ceiling fan in the second bedroom can’t be used, the floor fan was broken.

Mooi,rustig gelegen;kan wel enige opfrissing gebruiken.Ramen in slaapkamers zijn niet verduisterd,om 5 uur s'ochtends is er volop licht. Koffiezetapparaat is "vintage".

Könnte besser sein

Das Haus ist inzwischen an vielen Stellen sehr vernachlässigt. Fenster blind und schließen nicht richtig, Möbel zum Teil abgewohnt, Duschkabine undicht, Küchenvorhang schmutzig. Küchenzubehör verkratzt. Schrank im Schlafzimmer 2 stinkt, Rollladengurt im Schlafzimmer 3 defekt, Lichtschalter hat Wackelkontakt. Matratzen durchgelegen und zu hart, Keller/Waschküche zugemüllt. Interhome hat die Preise um 50 % erhöht, das ist das Haus überhaupt nicht wert. Wir buchen für 2026 dieses Haus nicht mehr.

Der Rollladengurt sowie der Lichtschalter wurden repariert, neues Küchenzubehör angeschafft und in einem der Schlafzimmer wurde eine neue Doppelmatratze inklusive Unterbau eingebaut. Die erwähnte Preisdiskrepanz beruhte auf einem Fehler in der Preisliste und wurde auf den korrekten Betrag angepasst. Habitaciones muy calurosas

La villa esta muy bien, es muy agradable. La piscina estupenda para los niños. El salon tiene aire acondicionado, AC y se disfruta en dias de calor. Pero las habitaciones son un suplicio, no hay AC, se acumula mucho calor en ellas porque no hay corriente, y da el sol. Hay ventiladores de techo, pero toda la noche con el ventilador funcinando es horrible el ruido. Y por favor el ventilador de techo de la habitacion de en medio, es viejo hace muchisimo ruido y parece que va a salir disparado.

Prettige en centraal gelegen accommodatie

Ons verblijf in Casa Margarita was prima. Het huis is gedateerd, maar alles functioneert. De bedden zijn prima, er is voldoende ruimte, alleen de inrichting zou iets praktischer en smaakvoller kunnen. Keuken is prima uitgerust, afzuigkap en licht boven de kookplaat ontbreekt, dat is dan weer jammer. De buitenruimte is prettig en ruim. Heel geschikt voor met een hond, achter het huis is een goed uitlaatgebied waar de hond los kan lopen. Ligging is uitstekend, in 10 tot 15 minuten in centrum Jávea of strand.

gute Möglichkeit mit dem Hund zu gehen. Für Heizung war stets gesorgt, ruhige Lage, Ausstattung annehmbar. Für einen Sommerurlaub wäre eine dichtere Bepflanzung an der Poolseite sehr empfehlenswert...

Het huis is netjes opgeknapt, prima kamers met goede meubelen, prima bedden, mooie grote tuin en fijn zwembad. Het sanitair laat te wensen over. De douches zijn zeer matig. De keuken is ruim en goed uitgerust met apparaten, het aanrechtblad is op een aantal plaatsen gebroken. De koelkast was defect waardoor al het voedsel bevroor. Gelukkig staat er in de kamer een dubbeldeurs koelkast die het overigens prima doet. De wasautomaat is van uitstekende kwaliteit. Huis was zeer schoon.

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus liegt in der Urbanisation Tesoro Park und hat eine ausreichende Größe für die Familie und einen schönen großen Pool. Leider müssen wir die Sauberkeit im Haus bemängeln, weil es überall sehr staubig war und der Fliesenboden war nicht gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war defekt (fehlender Deckel vom Eisfach) weshalb wir am 2. Tage das gesamte Obst und Gemüse wegschmeißen mussten, weil es tiefgefroren war. Alle Mängel können hier nicht beschrieben werden. Interhome war sehr bemüht.

Manque de matériels pour pouvoir faire le ménage lors du séjour. A notre arrivée la piscine avait la crasse jaune de la crème solaire des précédents locataires sur les bords ce qui n'est pas agréable de devoir le nettoyer soit même. Présence de beaucoup de parfums d'intérieur dans les placards des chambres désagréable car ordeur beaucoup trop forte et malgré cela une odeur prononcé de tabac froid. Énormément de poussière sur les ventilateurs des plafond des chambres pas hygiénique du tout.

A notre arrivée la piscine avait la crasse jaune de la crème solaire des précédents locataires sur les bords ce qui n'est pas agréable de devoir le nettoyer soit même. Présence de beaucoup de parfums d'intérieur dans les placards des chambres désagréable car ordeur beaucoup trop forte et malgré cela une odeur prononcé de tabac froid. Énormément de poussière sur les ventilateurs des plafond des chambres pas hygiénique du tout.
