The spacious 3-room apartment is a Non smoking apartment and is located in an apartment / tenement house on the 1st floor. It covers approximately 65 square meters and offers enough space for 2-6 adults + 1 toddler in travel cot. The bright living room has a sofa bed with coffee table, a small sideboard with mini-stereo system and flat-screen TV. Also on your vacation you do not need to do without internet access (WLAN), this is available and included. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony, which faces southwest. The separate kitchen has a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. The cozy dining area invites you to extensive breakfasts and games evenings. The bathroom has a shower with toilet, vanity and a washing-drying machine that is included for you. The 1. Bedroom consists of a double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00) with dessert consoles and wardrobe. Here would be additional space to set up a travel cot. The 2. Bedroom has 2 adjacent single beds (each 0.90 x 2 m) with shelves and a small sideboard. This should be refurbished in the near future. All 2 bedrooms have blackout options. Another sleeping possibility, the sofa bed in the living room, on which comfortably 2 adults place find. The plank area is rounded off by a cloakroom. The entire living area is tiled.  A reserved car parking space, No. 10, is available directly in front of the house. For brought or rented bicycles you will find in the object also a garaging which is located in the basement. You can book up to 14 days before arrival a linen package (the complete bed linen, 1 towel, 1 small towel & 1 shower mat) for 18,00 Euro per person or supplement by own from home.

The nicely furnished apartment is located in an apartment house in a quiet location of the seaside resort of Sellin. Directly adjacent to the apartment house is a pine forest, from where you are directly in about 300 meters away on a hill on a fine sandy beach. The center of Sellin is in about 500m distance within walking distance. The 4-room apartment on the 1st floor is equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
