18 Corner Store Lane, 5 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms & 2 half bath townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a sunny day at the beach. Two livings rooms.
Indoor Pool open year round. Outdoor Pool open seasonally.
Pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided! We also rent 16 Corner Store Lane, which is perfect for large families vacationing together! 7 SMART Televisions!

Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Twin over Twin Trundle, TV & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen, two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail. Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV. Bedroom Three offers a Queen bed & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private furnished balcony!

GRILL for the grill master in the family! Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid. Grilling utensils will be available for use.

Let Sunset Island be your vacation destination! A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Place

The townhouse was very clean and in a great location. The manager got back to us quickly with any questions. The sunsets on the bay are beautiful. We were walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. There were a lot of stairs, so that may be cause for concern for some guests but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Family Fun

House was big and well equipped, worked really well with our large group. Great location. Kids loved the bay beach, plus being able to walk to the beach. Outdoor pool was wonderful never needed the indoor pool, weather was good, but nice having one. Gym was well equipped and clean. The food and service at the onsite restaurant was the best. People very friendly. Thank you! Had a great time and good memories.

Very nice place to stay

Overall we had a great time. But we did have a couple of issues. The garbage disposal was clogged with K cups. The towel bar in the master bedroom fell off. ( set screw needs tightened) and the toilet paper holder in the fourth floor bathroom fell off as well. (Set screw again). But we would rent again.

Perfect for 3-generational family get-together

We loved 18 Corner Store. It provided all the amenities we wanted, and was perfect for the 12 of us. The community is great for families. Everything we needed was a quick walk away. No noise from the main OC drag, though it was close enough for us to walk to the ocean beach a couple of times. Mattresses felt pretty soft to a couple of us but no morning backaches.
