Welcome to the Mediterranean-style Finca Can Lluís (Sa Font Calenta) in Artá—a cosy retreat on a spacious 15,000-square-meter property, built in 2006. With 115 square metres of living space, the finca accommodates up to 6 guests (+1 baby or toddler) and features 3 bedrooms lovingly furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, creating a cosy atmosphere.

The bright living area is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected even while on holiday. Two comfortable sofas and rocking chairs invite you to relax and spend time together. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table for up to 6 people plus a high chair—perfect for shared meals and wonderful holiday moments.

Air conditioning throughout the finca ensures pleasant cooling on warm summer days. The expansive garden, with its refreshing pool and two covered terraces, invites you to linger and enjoy the surroundings. Around the pool, you’ll find four lounge chairs—ideal for soaking up the Mallorcan sun to the fullest.

Superlage für unsere gestressten Nerven

Soviel Natur und Ruhe nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den tollen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Arta bietet, haben uns schnell entspannen lassen. Ein vergleichbares Objekt in der Nachbarschaft hatten wir im Vorjahr für einen erheblich!! höheren Preis mit weniger Ruhe angemietet. Die Ruhe, der sehr gute Zustand der Finca zusammen mit dem tollen Service durch Agentur und Eigentümer ergeben ein tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben unseren Favoriten gefunden und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
