Hola:) My love, My passion is making a beautiful environment for my guests, and here in Chicago for my tenants, I picked this spot in Playa Del Carmen, because I wanted to be close to everything..shopping-beaches-clinics-dentists:) Sam's Club..Home Depot..Clemintinas Cafe..Yet Not in the middle of the chaos..I had a property on the beach in Playa years ago, it was nice for a few years, but then it became like the strip in Vegas..24/7 nonstop noise,crowds..Too much* it no longer felt good to be there..Then I found UrbanEden..It took a few years to get it rehabbed, But now it is ready and lovely,The best of Playa Del Carmen without any of the downside, Make UrbaEden your home for the time you spend...you will be amazed at how you feel by day 3:)

The size, It's a corner lot, well two actually..with trees and palms and birds and iguanas and geckos.. it's quiet and lovely and accessible with glorious neighbors..It's not common to have so much space in Playa Del Carmen, This small area is the only spot where the lots are quite large..and I have two:) So UrbanEden itself is a 3200sft home/casa sitting in the middle of a 10,000sqf lot) yet you are So close to everything, Its amazing really* You will feel wonderful being here..it's extraordinary..
